Join Bluebird Program of Minnesota – Dakota County coordinator David Schmidt at the Maplewood Nature Center, 2659 E 7th St, Maplewood on Thursday, March 19 at 7 – 8:30 pm. He will be presenting everything bluebird and what is involved in monitoring and maintaining bluebird trails.  This class is open to anyone interested in learning about Bluebirds, there is no commitment to becoming a Maplewood volunteer. To participate simply send an email to [email protected] providing your name and contact information. Wildbirds Unlimited Woodbury, hosted a fall bluebird presentation on November 1. County Coordinator David Schmidt shaded with the 18 attendees things they should do with their nest boxes to prepare for winter, how to support bluebirds with their fall migration and how to prepare their trails for spring.

Kathy Meinhardt’s July 30th Bluebird presentation at the Masonic Home in Bloomington was a big hit with the 33 residence in attendence.
